Too many Oracle databases in a single backup can get connection issues

Issue

During the storage discovery, there is a timeout accessing one of the SVMs:
ex.Message : The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Connection to <SVM_FQDN> on port 443 for protocol HTTPS timed out.
ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (The operation has timed out)
Activity (Discovering Oracle Database Files) of Workflow (SnapMgrCoreService.SmJobActivity), Failed with error: The operation has timed out
ErrorCode (109), ErrorMessage (The operation has timed out)
Activity - Backup datafiles and control files, Completed with warning : The operation has timed out
