Snapcenter SMCORE log continue to fill causing space issues and mysql crashes

Issue

  • After Snapcenter server and its Plug-in software upgraded from 4.7 to 4.9,  SnapCenter SMCore\job_logs continues to fill up and causing space issues on the installation drive and due to this mysql service hangs or crashes.
  • If the C: drive of a Windows Plug-in Host runs full, for example, Jobs will fail with the message:  An error occurred while adding Job to jobQ: Insufficient resource to perform operation.
