Issue

  • SnapCenter upgrade to 5.0 fails with the following error.

Unable to validate MySQL connection. After fixing the MySQL connection, rerun the installer.

  • Failed to start the MySQL service.

  Windows could not start the MySQL57 service on Local Computer.

  Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
