Issue

During a scheduled SAP HANA backup using SnapCenter, the following error was observed in the SnapManagerWeb logs:

SnapManager web log:

INFO  SnapManagerWeb_1333240 ... TriggerBackupActivity task starting for job 1333240
DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_1333240 ... REST URL: https://localhost:8145/LunManagementService/GetLUNs
INFO  SnapManagerWeb_1333240 ... Account details: bypassdomain True
ERROR SnapManagerWeb_1333240 ... ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Hostname is empty.)
