Issue
- Upgrade for SnapCenter Plug-in is failing:
ERROR SnapManagerWeb_11445 PID=[8496] TID=[150] Exception in method: InvokeXML.
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it <IP_Address>:8145
- Failure occurs both when deploying from SnapCenter GUI and when running the installer manually in silent mode:
Outgoing Network LAN Manager (NTLM) traffic is disabled. Enable NTLM traffic from local security policy settings to validate the credentials and proceed with installation.ERROR: The specified service credentials is not valid.
