SnapCenter is unable to discover system or root partition on Linux host

Issue
- SnapCenter is unable to discover the system or root partition on a Linux host where the SnapCenter Plug-in for Unix File Systems is installed.
- SnapCenter is able to discover non-system and non-root partitions on the same Linux host.
The following errors and messages are seen in the spl_<JobID_Date_Time>.log for the resource discovery job:
