Could not get initiator information from host

 SnapCenter fails to query host information
SCSQL verification fails to find clones
Connection between SC and SCV is stale
Unable to clone or mount an RDM/VMDK
Check for duplicate VM BIOS UUIDs
Verification fails to validate host information
SCV is not managed by SnapCenter Server
