Issue

SnapCenter SQL clone lifecycle jobs fail with the following errors, however SQL backups of the same resource work fine:

ERROR SMCore_<JobID> PID=[xxxx] TID=[xxxx] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Failed to mount disk <Disk_Serial> to mountpoint [C:\scmnpt\mpdisk0238\].Failed to add access path to the partition. Details: Failed to get disk information [<Disk_Serial>]. Please check if there is SAN connectivity between the host/hypervisor and storage controller.
