After upgrading VMware vCenter server from 6.5 to 6.7U1 or 6.7U1B, the SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere does not show up in the Web client. 
Under VMware vSphere Client - Home - Administration - Solutions - Client Plug-ins - NetApp, SCV Plug-in shows up as Incompatible.
