SnapCenter Plug-in for SQL Server fails to restore database with filestream to alternate host

Issue

SnapCenter Plug-in for SQL Server (SCSQL) fails to restore database with filestream to alternate host due to the following error.
 

Failed to restore. Access to the path '<MOUNT_POINT_PATH>\<FILESTREAM_DIRECTORY_PATH>' is denied.

SCSQL job log (SmSql_<JobID>.log) shows errors like the following example.
