Issue

When performing a clone the operation fails with the following error
SnapCenter Oracle clone failed. I got error message: Activity 'Application Clone' failed with error: PL-SCO-30000: Cloning of database with SID ntap failed with error: ORACLE-00001: Error executing SQL: [STARTUP NOMOUNT EXCLUSIVE
PFILE=/oracle/ntap/19/dbs/initntap.ora;].  The command returned: ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters.
 
From the spl log we can see the following

Connecting via CONNECT  AS SYSDBA:
UTIL-00100: Application property shellResult.timeout is not defined
c.n.c.e.ShellResult - EXE-00001: Shell result [0:00:02.281] (Exit Value: 0):
LRM-00101: unknown parameter name 'parameter_name'
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
