Issue

When attempting to backup a DB2 database in SnapCenter UI it times out on the quiesce step and fails with the error:
 
SCC-00164: Application quiesce for the plug-in [DB2] failed with exit code [-1]
Enter JobManagerProvider: UpdateJobStatus
Getting common entity context of database server: localhost
Updating the job (123) task (Quiesce Application) status as Failed
Enter UpdateJobStatus
Getting common entity context of database server: localhost
Running transaction with IsolationLevel: ReadCommitted, Timeout: 01:00:00
