Issue

When performing a SnapCenter Custom Plug-Ins for PostGreSQL backup it fails with the following error
 
SCC-00164: Application quiesce for the plug-in [PostgreSQL] failed with exit code [1] and with error :
psql:/var/opt/snapcenter/scc/ ERROR:  recovery is in progress
HINT:  WAL control functions cannot be executed during recovery.
