Issue

  • SC fails to find the SnapMirror/SnapVault destination, job ends up with a warning/error:

Activity 'Replicating to Secondary' failed with error: Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.Unable to find SnapVault destination for the source volume(s) : <volume_list>

  • SMCore log include the following messages:

DEBUG SMCore_883031 PID=[5192] TID=[162] get-ncsnapmirror returned no snapmirror relationships with destination on <destination_SVM>
ERROR SMCore_883031 PID=[5192] TID=[162] No SnapMirror relationships exist for StorageSystem: <destination_SVM> as destination
