SnapCenter 5.0 fails to uninstall some of the Automation Store plug-ins

Issue

Having deployed the Sybase ASE Plug-in from the Automation Storage Plug-ins in addition to another plug-in (*) onto a Host using the SnapCenter Server GUI, the subsequent removal of the Sybase plug-in is not working.
 
Although the removal Job finished with success, the plug-in still remains:
