Scheduled data protection operations fail if the number of operations running reaches maximum limit

Issue

When SnapCenter is running scheduled jobs, the Windows scheduler returns an error and some of the scheduled data protection operations fail with error:

Task Scheduler failed to start task

User Action: Reduce the number of tasks running in the specified user context.
