SQL database restore fails with error: could not find one or more files to restore

Issue
- When attempting to restore an SQL database to the same host where the backup was created, it fails with the error seen in the Job Details:
could not find one or more files to restore
- There is an access denied error when accessing the database and log LUN to be restored in the
<installation_path>\NetApp\SnapCenter\SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Windows\job_logs\SCW_<id>.log
