SCV user interface hangs on "Loading..." when trying to access Storage Systems

Issue

When trying to view or edit the ONTAP storage connections under the Storage Sytems tab in the SCV user interface, the page hangs on "Loading..."  and the storage connections can't be viewed or edited.
