SCV is not listing Storage Connections anymore, although the rest of the GUI works

SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere (SCV) from 4.3+

Issue

The Storage Connection listing remains blank with the refresh circle pointer spinning, since changes were made to one of the SVMs listed.

However, the rest of the SCV elements in the vCenter GUI are working fine, including the scheduled backups and the job history.
Only the management of the Storage Connections is no longer possible.
