SCV fails to mount datastore clone when SVM has multiple NFS LIFs

Issue
- Attempting to mount a datastore fails with:
ERROR <scv_appliance> --- [ Thread-XXX] c.n.a.m.NfsMountStrategy : vob.vmfs.nfs.mount.error.connect.failed:NFS mount
<Inacccessible_IP>:/Sc5acb38e6-d87e-43ee-97bf-477526982a9d failed: Unable to connect to NFS server.

- The used IP does not have network access to the ESXi host.
- The SVM owns LIFs that are accessible.
