SCV clone or restores fail with error 'Host Unresolved volumes is null'

Issue

Attempting to run operations like clone or restore a datastore or VM or even using the option to 'Attach the Virtual disk' within the SCV plug-in in the Vsphere client may fail with the following error in Aegis log:

2018-12-20T11:13:37.0000853Z DEBUG SCV-TEST (Thread-80)com.netapp.aegis.mount.VmfsMountStrategy Host Unresolved volumes is null
2018-12-20T11:16:31.0000529Z INFO  SCV-TEST (Thread-80) com.netapp.aegis.mount.VmfsMountStrategy VmfsMountManager: No unresolved vmfs volumes found on host in trial 2. Will try again in 60 seconds
