SCV backups or retention fails because ONTAPI has been proactively suspended

Issue
- SCV backup fails to take Snapshot wiht the following error:
Error: Snapshot operation failed. ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI.
Job-<JobID>.logindicates theGet-NcSnapshotcommand fails with the following error, with a number of retries being attempted:

[ERR] Error: The credentials for the storage system <Storage_Name> is not configured. Resolution: Please check if storage system <Storage_Name> is resolvable or add an entry to etc/hosts file.
