SCV VM console access is lost after upgrading to scv 4.5

SnapCenter Plug-In for VMWare 4.5 (SCV)

Issue

Following an upgrade of SCV from version 4.4 to 4.5, the VMWARE Vsphere client throwed an error message while dismounting the DVD drive used to mount the 4.5 iso upgrade image.

Additionally, the connection to the Web Console of the SCV VM was lost.

VMWAre Client showed an error to update the device '0'
