SCV SnapMirror / SnapVault update fails to attach label - Not authorized for that command

Issue

SCV datastore / VM back up completes successfully, however SnapVault update (replication) fails with the following errors seen:
 
SCV Job Monitor
Backup Status: completed with warning
Task Message : Failed to attach the label to the specified Snapshot copy.(<Snapshot_Name>)
not authorized for that command
