SCV 5.0 fails in finding the SnapMirror relationships for updating

Issue

Before the upgrade, on older versions the mirror and vault updates were working, but since the upgrade the following errors happen, while SnapCenter is trying to list the full relationship information form the destination of the relationship:
 
Backup Replication failed: Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.
Unable to find SnapVault destination for the source volume(s) <COMMA-DELIMITED-LISTING-OF_SVM:VOLUME>.
