SCV 5.0P3 fails to add label to the source SnapVault volume in a MetroCluster

Issue
- After upgrading SCV to 5.0P3, SCV fails to add label to snapshot for SnapVault.
- The RestAPI command
Get-NcSnapmirror
is failing to get the SM relationships for the source volume:
