SCV: SnapVault update fails if SVM is missing from storage cache

Issue

SnapVault update fails with following error messages.

[DBG] The SVM '<SVM_Name>' with User '<none>\<none>' , UserGroupObjectType 'None' and Role 0 RoleObjectsShared False is not in the storage system cache.
[DBG] <SVM_Name> is missing from storage cache. Starting update from server. Thread ID: 188
[INF] Begin GetStorageSystemIdFromCache
[DBG] SVM: <SVM_Name>
[DBG] Snapmirror relationships will be enumerated for request : <SVM_Name> : <Vol_Name1>,<SVM_Name> : <Vol_Name2>

You have selected a backup policy indicating that you want to backup to a secondary storage system. Some of the resources you want to backup are located on a storage system that does not have replication relationships set up. Establish your SnapVault or SnapMirror relationships before proceeding.
