SCU file system backups do not run due to queued status

Issue

  • Scheduled SCU backups are triggered per their backup schedule however do not run after a communication/networking failure between the plugin host and SnapCenter server while a backup was running.
  • The SnapCenter Monitor pane does not show any running jobs.
