SCSQL disk entries for database and logs still visible from previous restores

Issue

Previously, SCSQL was tested with restoring databases, and both the database clone LUN(s) and the log clone LUN(s) are still visible as disk entities in Disk Management of the SQL Server, i.e. they are still mapped to the host's initiator group (igroup) in ONTAP.
 
The view resembles that of not having Multipath I/O enabled in the Windows System, but the sizes may be off due to later resizing of the LUNs, and the LUN serial numbers do not match with the original disks.
