SCSQL backup verification fails with "The NFS server denied the mount request"

Issue

In an environment where SQL databases reside on VMDKs which are on NFS 3.0 datastores, and where VMware DRS is enabled,  SQL backup verification intermittently fails with the following error seen:

ERROR scv --- [qtp852445367-17] c.n.a.m.NfsMountStrategy                 : com.vmware.esx.hostctl.default:Operation failed, diagnostics report: Mount failed: Unable to complete Sysinfo operation.  Please see the VMkernel log file for more details.: The NFS server denied the mount request: VSI node (5001:)
