Issue

SCSQL backup triggered by New-SmBackup cmdlet does not start during the time when Windows system event log shows information with Source: Microsoft-Windows-WAS and Event Id: 5074:

A worker process with process id of '<PID>' serving application pool 'SnapCenter' has requested a recycle because the worker process reached its allowed processing time limit.
