Issue

SCO plugin upgrade fails with error: ERROR: Upgrade host: 4HostIndex.status500

The operation does not create a Plugin Upgrade job in the 'Monitor' tab.

SnapManagerWeb.log on the SnapCenter server (Default path: C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter WebApp\App_Data\log) shows the error:

INFO  SnapManagerWeb PID=[19112] TID=[147] Connecting to the remote system <host_FQDN> using SSH
ERROR SnapManagerWeb PID=[19112] TID=[147] Exception: Client encryption algorithm not found
ERROR SnapManagerWeb PID=[19112] TID=[147] StackTrace:    at Renci.SshNet.Security.KeyExchange.Start(Session session, KeyExchangeInitMessage message)

Connecting to the Linux host with Putty may show error:
