SCO fails retention due to backup still being mounted - umount failed (busy device)

Issue

After checking out retention error that a backup that was cataloged was still mounted:

Activity 'Registering Backup and Applying Retention' failed with error: Retention : Failed to delete backup as the backup is already mounted from primary. Please unmount the backup and retry the operation.

This issue can happen also when attempting to delete a Resource Group with backups still seen as "mounted".
