Issue

SCO backup is failing with following errors in the SnapManagerWeb  log.

ERROR SnapManagerWeb_293840 PID=[4844] TID=[287] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Resource Resource_Name will be skipped for the current operation, as the preferred hosts are exhausted or in maintenance mode for this resource. See if more preferred hosts can be configured.PL-SCO-20044: Backup cannot be performed on this host, as the RAC database instance is not in OPEN state.)
