SCO Discovery of a DataGuard Standby database fails and database cannot be protected

Issue

From the host where the same Oracle database is in standby through DataGuard, the discovery process failed to identify the database. As a result, it's missing from the Oracle Databases selection under the Resources. When checking the SPL log from the Discovery job on the host, it shows the following error:

ORACLE-00506: Ignoring invalid entry "cdbsiste:/oracle/product/19.20.0.0:S" while parsing /etc/oratab.
