Retention period for SCSQL secondary backup using SnapVault is half the expected

  • Taking secondary backups using SnapVault

Issue

  • SCSQL secondary backups are deleted in half the expected retention period
  • SCSQL creates Snapshot copies with _1 and _2 at the end of the name

  • SmSql_<JOBID>.log indicates that Db count in requested Job is greater than Max Db Per SnapShot
