Issue

  • Point-in-time restore of Oracle database fails with the following error:

Activity 'Oracle Point In Time Recovery' failed with error:

PL-SCO-25000: Oracle Point In Time Restore of database files failed with error: com.netapp.oracle.core.platform.rman.RmanException:

ORACLE-00101: Error executing RMAN command: [recover tablespace TS51741 until time "to_date('16-Jul-2020 06:49:55','DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS')" auxiliary destination '/mnt/auxdumpyard' ;]. The command returned:

ORA-19502: write error on file "/mnt/auxdumpyard/LIBRDM18/datafile/o1_mf_sysaux_hk0dwtv4_.dbf", block number 86912 (block size=8192)
ORA-27072: File I/O error
