Not able to login to SnapCenter GUI with other accounts than the one used by installation

Issue

  • Unable to log in to SnapCenter GUI using a local user account other than the one used for the SnapCenter installation
  • Local user account logged in the SnapCenter GUI does not see any information and data
  • Error message seen in the SnapManagerWeb.log (C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter WebApp\Log\) and on the SnapCenter login screen:
"Login Failed. Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again"
