No temporary tablespace file is generated on the clone

Issue

Using SnapCenter 4.6 to clone from a cold backup. Create tempfile for temporary tablespace is checked on the workflow but no temporary tablespace file is generated on the clone. From SQL command line that can be seen with the following query

SQL> select file_name from dba_temp_files;

no rows selected
