Answer

No, there is no way to check which VMs are taking up more space used in ONTAP Snapshot created by SCV backup.
Note:
It does not provide accurate information, but space used in ONTAP Snapshot affects VM writes, so checking vCenter statistics of virtual disk metrics may provide an analogy.
