In SCV GUI 4.4 can not add a storage system

Issue

  • When attempting to add any storage system, error in GUI is visible:
    Failed to add/update storage system information: Connection refused (Connection refused)
  • The SCV ProtectionService log shows error: 
    [...] System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to get storage connection(s) details: Cannot assign requested address
  • The Protection Service is unable to start
