Issue

  • High CPU and RAM usage seen.
  • During the spike in CPU/RAM see the following entry in the Application event log on the SC server suggesting an issue with the RabbitMQ scheduler:

Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object.
Object name: 'RabbitMQ.Client.Impl.AutorecoveringModel'.
   at RabbitMQ.Client.Impl.AutorecoveringModel.BasicNack(UInt64 deliveryTag, Boolean multiple, Boolean requeue)
