SC fails to create or modify schedules with error: Requested value WEDNESDAY was not found

Issue

When Add-SmResourceGroup command is executed from SCCLI to create the Resource Group with a policy that needs to be scheduled on Days Of The Week, the command fails with :ERROR: Failed to create or modify schedules. Error: Requested value 'WEDNESDAY' was not found. Server return code: -1
