Exchange backups fail with "No healthy database found for backup" error

Issue

Exchange backups (standalone or DAG) fail with the following errors:
 
SnapCenter UI:
 
getClusterResourcesOwnerRequest failed for host <Host_Name>.  Reason - No exchange database found for the current policy
Error: No healthy database found for backup
 
 
SnapManagerWeb_<JobID>.log:
 
DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_<JobID> PID=[<PID>] TID=[<TID>] getClusterResourcesOwnerRequest failed for host <Host_Name>. Reason - No exchange database found for the current policy
ERROR SnapManagerWeb_<JobID> PID=[<PID>] TID=[<TID>] GetSceHostResourcesMapping - catch an exception: getClusterResourcesOwnerRequest failed for host <Host_Name>. Reason - No exchange database found for the current policy
