No, SCO and SCV backups do not impact each other if their resources are unrelated.

Note: In general, when performing backups with SCO, attempting to back up the VMs of SnapCenter Server or SnapCenter Plug-in hosts involved in that SCO backup using SCV could potentially cause issues. Therefore, please be careful when scheduling backups.
