Issue

Discovery of Oracle database on AIX host fails with "database is not available" error. The discovery job gets stuck in "running" state, and after SPL restart, fails with "JAVA_HOME is not set" error caused by permission denied on spl.properties file.

/opt/NetApp/snapcenter/spl/plugins/sco/.././../plugins/sco/bin/launch-java: line 17: /var/opt/snapcenter/spl/etc/spl.properties: Permission denied
ERROR: JAVA_HOME is not set, configure JAVA_HOME for the user.
