Creating a new LUN for a Windows 2025 Host from GUI fails partition formatting

Issue

The Dialog on the SnapCenter GUI, after setting up all the information, and selecting the right igroup, fails with the error:
Failed to create windows file system
 
In the SCW_<JOB>.log from the Host, the following output shows that initializing and partitioning appears to work, but format won't run:
