Cannot upgrade Storage Plug-in after upgrade to SC 6.0

Issue

When trying to upgrade the SnapCenter storage plugin after the 6.0 upgrade on Windows systems, encounters one of the following errors:
  • The plug-in services might be down. Ensure that the plug-in services are up and running before adding a host.
  • Failed to install plugin Storage. Error: Request to 'https://<schost>.<domain>.com:8145/PluginService/EnablePlugin' failed. Status Code:InternalServerError
  • A fatal error occurred during installation. Check the installer log "C:\Windows\Snapcenter plugin\Install_<numberofinstallation>.log" for more information
  • Failed to enable plugin Storage: Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (localhost:9090)Check if the Plugin Service is down for not reachable.
