Can't restore in SnapCenter GUI from vault/mirror snapshot if not found on update

Issue

After the Backup Snapshot has been created on primary, either:
The Backup is not visible as being on the replication side (Mirror/Vault), and no restore can be done from it in SnapCenter GUI.
