Auto Discovery for plug-in MySQL failed with error and exit code 102

Issue

After installing the plugin in this case Redhat 8, fails to discover the DB, adding the resource manually and run a backup will fail with the following error:

2020-11-25T11:05:22.0000788+01:00 ERROR [pool-3-thread-5] 187 com.netapp.plugincreator.workflow.util.TaskUtil -Operation failed. Reason: The watchdog killed the running operation. Verify that plugins/wrapper/wrapper binary has execute permission set. Increase the WRAPPER_TIMEOUT_IN_MSEC value in agent.properties if operations require more time to complete. 
2020-11-25T11:05:22.0000788+01:00 ERROR [pool-3-thread-5] 268 com.netapp.plugincreator.workflow.Task -Operation failed. Reason: The watchdog killed the running operation.
